What is a BOC-3?

A BOC-3 form (Designation of Agents for Service of Process) designates legal process agents in every state where your company operates. This is required by FMCSA for all interstate motor carriers.

If legal papers need to be served to your company, the process agent receives them on your behalf. Without a valid BOC-3 on file, your operating authority cannot be activated.
